Office of Academic Affairs
The Office of Academic Affairs oversees academic administration and teaching and learning development across the University. It comprises four units: the Registration and Curriculum Division, Center of General Education, Center for Teaching and Learning Development, and Student Admissions and Guidance Center.
Registration and Curriculum Division
The Registration and Curriculum Division is responsible for student records, grades, graduation processing, academic documents, and student ID card services. The Division also oversees university-wide curriculum administration, including curriculum planning and review, examinations, summer courses, faculty teaching hours, and class rescheduling, substitution, and make-up arrangements.

- Leave of Absence Processes applications for a leave of absence from the University.
- Withdrawal Processes applications for withdrawal from the University.

- Change of Major Processes applications for a change of major or department.
- Minor Programs Processes applications for declaring a minor and related academic requirements.
- Double Majors Processes applications for declaring a double major and related academic requirements.
- Academic Records and Grades Manages student grades and related academic records.
- Graduation Eligibility Review Reviews students’ fulfillment of academic requirements for graduation.
- Graduation Processing Handles graduation procedures and related administrative matters.
- Credit Transfer and Course Exemptions Processes and coordinates applications for credit transfer and course exemptions.
- Academic Transcripts Processes requests for official academic transcripts.
- Enrollment and Student Status Certificates Processes requests for certificates of enrollment, student status certificates, and related documents.
- Other Academic Certificates and Documents Processes requests for other academic certificates and official student documents.
- Student ID Cards Processes applications and related services for student ID cards (Campus IC Cards).
General Education Center
The Center of General Education is responsible for planning and coordinating the University’s general education curriculum, including required and elective courses in the humanities and arts, social sciences, natural sciences, and interdisciplinary fields. The Center also oversees General English courses and provides English learning support through proficiency testing, online learning and assessment, workshops, tutoring, and remedial instruction. In addition, it coordinates credit exemption requests for general education courses and organizes lectures and activities to broaden students’ perspectives.

- English Proficiency Requirements Plans and implements English proficiency requirements and related assessment policies.
- English Learning and Assessment Administers and promotes English learning and assessment platforms. Organizes workshops and lectures to support English learning and proficiency test preparation.
- Remedial English Instruction Plans and implements remedial English programs for students.
Center for Teaching and Learning Development
The Center for Teaching and Learning Development supports the enhancement of teaching and learning across the University by providing teaching resources, consultation, and professional development opportunities for faculty. The Center also promotes teaching innovation and quality enhancement through teaching evaluation, faculty support, and educational reform initiatives. In addition, it provides training and support for teaching assistants and offers learning resources, consultation, and programs to enhance student learning outcomes.

- Teaching Consultation Provides faculty with information, resources, and consultation to support teaching and professional development.
- Teaching Assistant (TA) Development Provides training and support for teaching assistants.
- Student Learning Support Provides students with learning resources, information, and consultation.
- Student Learning Enhancement Organizes programs and activities to enhance student learning outcomes.
Student Admissions and Guidance Center
The Student Admissions and Guidance Center is responsible for planning and administering the University’s admissions and student recruitment activities. The Center develops and implements admissions regulations and annual recruitment plans, coordinates admissions across various programs and entry pathways, and provides prospective students with admissions information and guidance. It also conducts recruitment and outreach activities, coordinates strategic partnership programs with secondary schools, and maintains communication and collaboration with partner schools and organizations.

- Student Recruitment and Outreach Conducts student recruitment, outreach, and admissions promotion activities.
- Admissions Programs and Pathways Coordinates admissions across the University’s various programs and entry pathways.
- Strategic Partnership Programs Coordinates strategic partnership programs between the University and secondary schools.
- Partner Relations and Coordination Maintains communication and coordination with partner schools, organizations, and institutions.
